Orders are processed for shipping Monday through Friday 9:00 AM 4:00 PM
EST. Orders received after 12:00 noon will not ship until the following
business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday cannot be shipped until
Monday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. If we cannot ship your
order within 48 hours you will be notified by phone or e-mail.
We ship either 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail, or UPS depending upon the size
and weight of the product. If any of the items that you order are on
back-order, you will be notified by phone or e-mail. You can always cancel
if you cannot wait for a back-order. We can also ship partial orders if you
request but reserve the right not to split small orders for one shipping
price. Orders shipped to more than one address will be charged an additional
fee for each address.
Shipping charges are based on our "table rate" and will be shipped either
USPS or UPS.
International orders: E-mail order to sue@oysterbaytackle and Oyster Bay Tackle will bill you through Pal Pay.
For items purchased on oysterbaytackle.com, you can expect the same great
service you receive in our retail stores. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase, return it to Oyster Bay Tackle via mail or UPS within
15 days from purchase date. We will exchange it or offer you a refund based
on your method of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Some items cannot be returned if opened. No items can be returned if used.

If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will receive your
replacement item within 10 business days after we receive your return,
provided the item is in stock. If you are requesting a refund, your credit
card account will be credited within 2 business days after we receive your
