For items purchased on oysterbaytackle.com, you can expect the same great service you receive in our retail stores. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to Oyster Bay Tackle via mail or UPS within 15 days from purchase date. We will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your method of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Some items cannot be returned if opened. No items can be returned if used.

Box up the item and include all packaging/accessories. Enclose the original packing receipt and an explanation for the return

If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will receive your replacement item within 10 business days after we receive your return, provided the item is in stock. If you are requesting a refund, your credit card account will be credited within 2 business days after we receive your return.
